Terms of Service

These terms apply to the Manusignal Hardware Simulator at hardware-debugger.manusignal.com (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service is operated by Manusignal, Vinh Trinh, Dong Loc, Nghe An, Vietnam. Contact: hello@manusignal.com.

The Service

The Service is a browser-based Arduino simulator with guided lessons, an AI coach, code and circuit generation, and cloud compilation. Real code is compiled with an open-source AVR toolchain, but the robot is simulated. Always check wiring and power on real hardware before trusting it.

Accounts

• Give accurate information and keep your password safe.
• If you are under 16, use the Service with a parent, guardian or teacher. A parent or guardian must make any purchase.
• One account per student. Teachers may create accounts for their own classes.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.

Free plan and paid plans

• Some tracks and lessons are free, with daily limits on compiles and AI requests. Limits may change.
• A Full course purchase unlocks all lessons for one student, with higher daily limits. A Class licence covers one teacher and up to 30 students for 12 months.
• Payments are one-time. We do not charge subscriptions or recurring fees.
• Payment is made by bank transfer (VietQR) or another method shown at checkout. Access is unlocked when the payment is confirmed. Keep the transfer note exactly as shown so we can match it.
• Prices are shown before payment, in VND or USD.

Refunds

If you have not used the paid lessons, email us within 7 days of payment and we will refund the full amount to the original payment method. For class licences, contact us and we will find a fair solution. Nothing here limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.

Acceptable use

• Do not abuse, overload, scrape or attempt to break the Service or its compiler sandbox.
• Do not upload malware, or use the AI features to generate harmful content.
• Do not harass other users, impersonate others, or resell access without our written permission.
• Do not use the Service in a way that breaks the law or the rules of a competition you enter.

We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

AI outputs

AI features can be wrong. They are a teaching aid, not an authority. Verify code and wiring before connecting real hardware. We do not guarantee that AI output is correct, complete or suitable for your purpose.

Your content and ours

Your sketches, circuits and messages are yours. You give us permission to store, process and display them only to run the Service for you. The lessons, simulator, brand and website are ours or our licensors’. We may use anonymous, aggregate statistics to improve the Service.

Availability

We aim to keep the Service available but we do not promise uninterrupted service, and free-tier hosting may occasionally be slow to wake. We may change or remove features.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Disputes will be handled by the competent courts of Vietnam, without affecting your right to bring a claim locally where consumer law allows.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in the Service or by email before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service means you accept the updated terms.
